my trip to Hawaii!!

ok, so i had the BEST time visiting megan and carson in hawaii for 4 days last weekend! i got there thursday afternoon and left early tuesday morning. we spent lots of time at the beach, in the sun & ocean, visited the Dole Plantation, did a lot of driving to see the whole island, visited the Polynesian Cultural Center and enjoyed every minute of it! i cant wait to take my kids with me next year sometime! here are some of the pics i got!

we had a fun Halloween night! it started at Grandma Jones' work for the 'fall social', then we went to our wards Trunk or Treat, then we went to Grandma & Grandpa J's house and the kids walked around the neighborhood with Ryan, Missie's husband {thanks ryan}, and then my kids went with their dad.....so YES, we have TOO MUCH candy at our house now, if i'd let her, ja would finish it off in a few days!

report card time!!

so yesterday was parent-teacher conference and my kids are doing amazing in school! jaja's teacher had them make a report card for themselves to tell the parents how they think they are doing in school, and the only item she didnt 'pass' herself on was 'keeping her desk neat & tidy'! i laughed so hard! tye is doing awesome, his teacher says he is a leader in the classroom. he gets to do a report on Iron County next week....he's excited! we'll post pics of his poster that he creates, with my help of course!

so jalair and i got to spend the weekend together, NO BOYS! tyerell went hunting with my dad, so us girls had a fun couple of days! thank goodness she is over her illness.....these were the things we did!
ive learned that jalair is very good with her imagination! she keeps herself very entertained, and i love that! i dont have to give her things to do, she found some wooden animals that she's pretending to be the owner of! her horse is eating some hay right now but he needs a drink! she has him on a lease, so its all under control! ha ha....
now we're patiently waiting for the guys to get back and hear their hunting stories!
